The Campus Recreation Program offers many ways to improve your health and fitness levels.

Personal Training

Are you new to working out? Do you want to add some spice to your workouts? Maybe you just don’t know where to start. Whether you are looking for a fitness center orientation or a weekly plan the personal trainers at Carthage can help.

Group Fitness Classes

Prefer a group atmosphere? Carthage offers a number of fitness classes free to students, staff, and faculty. Classes are taught by certified student instructors.

Fitness Facilities

From cardio equipment and weight machines in the Semler Fitness Center, to the racquetball and basketball courts, the TARC gives you many options to stay active in a state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

Special Fitness Programs and Events

The Campus Recreation Program hosts special programs and events throughout the year, such as the Every Kid Needs a Superhero 5k, to keep the Carthage community engaged and active.
