Prefer a group atmosphere? Carthage offers a number of fitness classes free to students, staff, and faculty. Classes are taught by certified student instructors, as well as outside professionals.
From cardio equipment and weight machines in the Semler Fitness Center, to the racquetball and basketball courts, the TARC gives you many options to stay active in a state-of-the-art fitness facilities.
From the Every Kid Needs a Superhero 5k, to a Holiday “Maintain, Don’t Gain” weight maintenance challenge, the Health and Wellness Program hosts special programs and events throughout the year to keep the Carthage community engaged and active.
