Here at Carthage, we encourage all of our students to get involved on campus. Participate in student organizations, attend world-class concerts, play in the orchestra, paint Kissing Rock, build a set for a play, perform improv comedy, and more — there is no limit to what you can do!
What’s important is to dive in, make friends, and explore all the new ideas you’ll share.
Celebrating Our Veterans
Our community regularly acknowledges and salutes military-affiliated students. Through a regular series of arts and social events, we give a voice to veteran stories and celebrate veteran service. The annual Alpha Chi Omega Veteran’s Breakfast is a chance to enjoy fellowship and food. The College hosts an annual Veteran Breakfast for its staff and faculty, and Carthage Theatre organizes Vet Night of the Arts each year. We continue to find new ways to engage veteran and military-affiliated students, including theatre productions based on stories of service, and our Snacks for Soldiers drive to send “Care Packages” to deployed troop
Living on campus provides some of the most memorable moments of your college experience. Carthage’s residence halls offer an exciting environment for living and learning. Our halls provide easy access to educational programs, leadership opportunities, and a full calendar of social activities.
